Every specialist is a current or retired officer with a minimum of ten years of service. There are no entry-level hires. Every individual deployed has earned their place through demonstrated operational excellence.
Annual firearms qualification and training maintained to active police officer standards. Skills are not allowed to lapse — every specialist operates at full readiness on every engagement.
Specialists operate as independent contractors carrying their own comprehensive insurance. This structure significantly reduces liability exposure for the venue or host, transferring risk away from the client.
